Shipping PolicyIn stock orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. Large tables ship via freight carrier. We make every effort to keep the inventory levels on our website up to date. If we receive and order for an out of stock item we will make every effort to contact you quickly in order to resolve the issue. SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES All orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge within the continental United States. Larger items that must ship via freight carrier will require a special quote for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. Some items are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Also, we are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. Some items may not be eligible for shipping via the United States Postal Service. TRACKING AND RECEIVING Tracking numbers will be provided, when available, via email and will be posted with the order tracking information on our website. Many larger items, such as tables, will ship via freight line and may not have a tracking number. You will be contacted via telephone by the freight company. Final delivery will usually be coordinated within a four hour period, during which you will need to be home to inspect and receive your order. Please be sure to read our Return Policy for specific guidelines on receiving tables and chairs. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! - All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and the shipping charges. We can arrange shipping back, but all shipping charges we incur will be taken out of the credit given back to the customer. Any product(s) canceled after it has been shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping charges will be taken out of the credit given back to the customer. Returned product must be shipped in original packing. |
